Our extensive repair facility is world-class, incorporating cutting edge technology and specialized equipment in spacious, efficient work areas with complete ESD, temperature and humidity control. The entire production area is organized in functional cells to support lean manufacturing processes and maximize efficiency. Custom areas, including a large Class 10,000 clean room and darkroom, are incorporated to provide the high-quality services required to consistently meet customer requirements.
HVT's newly renovated facility includes:
- 14,000 sq. ft. ESD-controlled production area
- 1700 sq. ft. Class 10,000 clean room
- Multiple Class 100 workstations provide an ultra-clean environment when required
- Custom darkroom to support high-quality DLP light engine rebuild
- Total 42,000 sq. ft. temperature-controlled work space
